Security
Your sales, costs and payroll are commercially sensitive. Here is how they are handled.
Encryption
All traffic is served over TLS, and data is encrypted at rest in our managed database. Nothing sensitive is stored in the browser beyond your session.
Access control
Every table enforces row-level access rules, so a request can only ever read the workspace it belongs to. Within a workspace, roles decide who sees payroll, margins and sourcing — host accounts can log shows without access to your cost structure.
Payments
Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment processor. Streamalytix never receives or stores full card numbers or bank credentials.
The Chrome extension
The extension reads the seller dashboard page you already have open and posts sales to your own workspace. It does not use platform API keys or credentials, and it does not read pages outside the seller dashboard it is scoped to.
Your data is yours
Export any report as CSV or PDF at any time, including after cancelling. Ask us to delete your workspace and we will remove it, along with backups, on our next retention cycle.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please get in touch with the details before disclosing it publicly. We investigate every report and will keep you updated.
